Requirements

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree in a field aligned with the College.
• Record of effective teaching experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressively increasing administrative experience.
• Clear leadership vision for the College.
• Solid understanding of current trends in higher education.
• Experience attracting philanthropic gifts.
