About the position

This remote position is responsible for the profitability and growth of consumer and business debit products. The role involves reviewing customer feedback, conducting quantitative analysis, and analyzing market trends to facilitate the development of profitable products. The position coordinates all functions of product development from conception to implementation, suggests enhancements, monitors customer experience, and ensures compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in all stages of development for the debit product, including planning & design, compiling resources, execution, and monitoring product launch.
  • Tracks and reports progress to appropriate parties.
  • Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy.
  • Collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Conducts analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs.
  • Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal.
  • Tracks customer experience through all stages of a product.
  • Develops strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with existing debit networks and/or debit routing
  • Proficient in data analytics
  • Prior P&L management
  • Experience with card management software (CV systems)
  • Located in Eastern or Central Time Zone
