About the position
As a Debt Manager in Treasury Capital Markets, you will lead the negotiation, structuring, and placement of all third-party credit facilities used to finance Arrow Electronics and its global subsidiaries. This includes managing public debt market offerings, such as SEC registered long-term bonds and short-term commercial paper, as well as private and bank market financing, which encompasses term loans, revolving credit facilities, and other lines of credit. You will also oversee asset securitization facilities supported by accounts receivable or similar structured financing arrangements. Additionally, you will prepare forecasts for interest expenses and communicate these forecasts along with variance analysis to FP&A and upper management. In collaboration with Treasury Operations and Arrow Tax, you will support the planning and execution of intercompany capital structure transactions, optimize the mix of Arrow's third-party financing sources, coordinate the planning and execution of Arrow's share repurchase program, and manage relationships with all third-party lenders for Arrow Capital Solutions business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation, structuring, and placement of all 3rd party credit facilities.
- Manage public debt market offerings including long-term bonds and short-term commercial paper.
- Oversee private/bank market financing including term loans and revolving credit facilities.
- Support asset securitization facilities backed by accounts receivable or similar arrangements.
- Prepare forecasts for interest expense and communicate with FP&A and upper management.
- Support planning and execution of intercompany capital structure transactions with Treasury Operations and Arrow Tax.
- Optimize the mix of Arrow's 3rd party financing sources.
- Coordinate planning and execution of Arrow's share repurchase program.
- Lead structuring of large inventory programs for the Supply Chain Services business.
- Manage relationships with all 3rd party lenders for Arrow Capital Solutions business.
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
