Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of inside sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of phone etiquette experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to establish trust with clients.
• Experience in tax or debt resolution sales is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in call centers or telemarketing.
• Background in collections, mortgage, or real estate sales.
