About the position

The Decorator/Customer Service role at Legendary Doughnuts involves providing excellent customer service while decorating and serving doughnuts. The position is part-time, requiring availability on weekends and during early morning hours. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, punctual, and reliable, with a positive attitude and a strong knowledge of the products offered.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and handle them professionally
• Exhibit a high level of knowledge about our products
• Use a 'guest first' decision-making process in prioritizing duties
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Prepare various specialty drinks
• Display and serve doughnuts as well as prepare and serve doughnut sandwiches
• Partake in various cleaning and production type tasks
• Obtain a Food Handlers Card and follow all food safety guidelines
• Decorate doughnuts as needed and fill special requests
• Prepare the shop for the following day
• Open the shop
• Complete various tasks as assigned
• Fill Doordash orders as they come in

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Self-driven and reliable
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work early morning shifts
