Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and monitor Decorators on their job duties according to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and decorate baked goods and cakes to maintain well-stocked bakery display cases.
• Fulfill special orders for cakes accurately according to customer requests and company guidelines.
• Provide extraordinary customer service by greeting customers and responding to their requests.
• Exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job, co-workers, and customers.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of decorating experience.
• Must enjoy working with the public and have good communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Must be committed to following all health and safety regulations and policies.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute.
