About the position

The Dedicated Driver for the Kraft Northeast Fleet at Roehl Transport is responsible for hauling van loads for Kraft, a long-standing customer. This position involves regular and regionalized routes, primarily long-haul freight, with some short repositioning loads. The driver will operate within a defined geographical area, ensuring timely deliveries while enjoying a structured work schedule of 14 days on the road followed by 3 days at home.

Responsibilities

• Haul van loads for Kraft, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Drive primarily long-haul freight with some short repositioning loads.
• Operate within the defined geographical area from Florida to Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Upstate New York, and some areas in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
• Ability to operate a truck safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to adhere to delivery schedules.

• Experience in long-haul trucking is preferred but not mandatory.
