Responsibilities
- Remove bulk leaves to ensure optimal lighting for each Cannabis plant.
- Communicate issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Ensure cleanliness of oneself and all staging areas at all times.
- Maintain focus on all safety aspects and work with management to ensure compliance with company practices.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow precise protocols and procedures.
- Must undergo a criminal background check and meet state regulatory standards.
- Reliable transportation and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
