Join the transformative team at City of Hope, where we're changing lives and making a real difference in the fight against cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening illnesses. City of Hope's growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and treatment facilities in Atlanta, Chicago, and Phoenix. Our dedicated and compassionate employees are driven by a common mission: To deliver the cures of tomorrow to the people who need them today. City of Hope is seeking a dedicated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager (DEIPM) to support and advance our DEI strategy. This role will assist the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Programs System Director in implementing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), mentoring initiatives, employee engagement programs, and grassroots efforts, while embedding diversity metrics and evaluation practices in all programs. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders and community leaders, you will drive impactful initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and diversity across our organization. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for executing DEI initiatives to achieve organizational goals on time and within budget. You will project manage and develop practices and policies to support ERG formation, active engagement, and expansion nationally. Additionally, you will partner with the DEI Programs System Director to enhance ERG governance, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and event planning. Utilizing robust evaluation methods, you will assess program effectiveness and business impact, preparing executive-level reports and presentations on program outcomes. Furthermore, you will assist in planning internal, external, and community-facing DEI events and initiatives, while maintaining a volunteerism database to ensure accessibility and accuracy of engagement opportunities.
