About the position

The Delegate Account Executive role at RTM Business Group is designed for an ambitious individual who is eager to build relationships with C-Level and senior executives. This position focuses on gathering executives for professional development events through various outreach methods, including email marketing, social selling, and direct calls. The role offers a unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work, with extensive training provided to support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Gather executives for events through email marketing, social selling, calls, and pitches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executives regarding questions, scheduling, and event details.
• Travel nationally throughout the year for up to 6 events, lasting 4-5 days each.
• Create, monitor, and manage tasks on the CRM, Airtable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce event collateral and materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel for events.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Competency with technology and ability to learn new software.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Airtable.
• Background in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or B2B events.
