The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills and be proficient in basic math, with experience in cash handling and using a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a cash register and POS system
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, and prepare beverages (Coffee, Smoothie)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area
• Buss tables and clean the dining area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and order calculations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers
