About the position
The Deli/Bakery Team Associate is responsible for the operation of the deli and bakery department, ensuring food safety and compliance while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Maintain area of responsibility by following company policies for food preparation, handling, packaging, labeling, and storage.
- Operate and sanitize food-related equipment and maintain cleanliness in the area according to food safety regulations.
- Provide customer service by identifying customer needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Prepare merchandise based on daily production needs by operating department equipment and following baking instructions.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers.
