Responsibilities

• Supervise Deli/Bakery associates in preparing quality products for customers.

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a retail or food service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
