Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace is looking for a part-time Deli Clerk to join the team at their Melville store. This role involves working in the back kitchen, where the clerk will be responsible for filling orders, preparing salads, and ensuring the deli operates smoothly. Responsibilities
- Fill deli orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare salads and other deli items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area.
- Assist customers with their deli needs when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience working in a deli with knowledge of cutting prepared meats and cheese.
- Experience in making deli salads.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day and several weekdays.
