Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to members by answering questions and recommending deli items.
• Slice, package, and weigh deli products, including cheeses and meats.
• Help members select the correct products and prepare special orders and party trays.
• Receive and inspect deli shipments, ensuring all products meet company quality standards.
• Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety and handling policies.
• Clean and sanitize deli equipment and food surfaces throughout the department.
• Ensure scale systems are in working order and items are weighed and priced accurately.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
