Responsibilities

• Prepare and display ready-to-eat products according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Rework display case to assess daily production needs and rotate products.
• Store and rotate stock, ensuring freshness and compliance with health codes.
• Clean and sanitize work areas throughout the day.
• Package, wrap, weigh, and label products for sale according to guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, and slicing machines.
• Prepare hot food items, including proofing, rolling, shaping, and baking.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, including handling special orders.
• Clean and sanitize machines, work surfaces, and utensils.
• Stage ingredients for preparation and refill dispensing machines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food preparation experience preferred.
• Food Handling Certification as required by local government.
• Customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
