The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Associate role at PwC is designed for individuals looking to assist clients in maximizing value during deal transactions. This entry-level position focuses on operational aspects of transactions, including pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, large-scale integrations, and complex divestitures. Associates will work collaboratively within a team to address complex business challenges, utilizing PwC's global leadership development framework to enhance their skills and career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in achieving maximum value on deal transactions by solving complex challenges.
  • Conduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence.
  • Execute large-scale enterprise-wide integrations and support complex divestitures.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Provide constructive feedback and share insights with colleagues.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for operational processes.
  • Analyze and manipulate data responsibly, following compliance procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain a professional network.
  • Stay updated on developments in the area of specialization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Analytics.
  • Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of operational M&A and Divestitures, including due diligence and integration planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of finance, human resources, and supply chain operations.
