About the position

The Director position within Delivering Deal Value at PwC focuses on helping clients maximize value from their deal transactions by addressing complex operational challenges. This role involves overseeing pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, executing large-scale integrations, and supporting divestitures across various functional areas. As a leader, the Director will foster a collaborative environment, drive strategic initiatives, and develop long-term client relationships while upholding the firm's ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in fields such as Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or Operations Management/Research.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in management consulting, M&A, and Divestitures, including operational due diligence and integration planning.
  • Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities in managing strategic client relationships and delivering high-quality client work across multiple projects.
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with team members and fostering a productive teamwork environment.
  • Proven track record in securing new business development and managing significant business results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in two or more functional areas such as Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and/or Sales and Marketing.
  • Ability to communicate complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences.
  • Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
