About the position

As a Director within the Delivering Deal Value team at PwC, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maximize value from their deal transactions. This position focuses on addressing complex challenges throughout the operational aspects of transactions, both pre and post completion. You will lead efforts in due diligence, enterprise-wide integrations, and support for divestitures, while fostering a purpose-led and values-driven leadership culture within the team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in fields such as Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or Operations Management/Research.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in management consulting, M&A, and Divestitures, including operational due diligence and integration planning.
  • Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities in managing strategic client relationships and delivering high-quality client work across multiple projects.
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with team members and leading teams to generate a vision.
  • Proven track record in securing new business development and managing significant business results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in two or more functional areas such as Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and/or Sales and Marketing.
  • Ability to communicate complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences.
  • Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
