About the position

The Delivery Account Operations Associate at Xerox is a full-time role focused on supporting the Document, Design, and Scanning Production team. The position involves traveling to customer locations to assess their scanning needs, providing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be an effective communicator, capable of managing operations and overseeing project execution.

Responsibilities

• Travel to end-customer locations to determine required scanning services and communicate with stakeholders.
• Become the subject matter expert on the defined solution for the client.
• Assist with the preparation, planning, and delivery of scanning services at customer or off-site locations.
• Handle job tickets and ensure they are completed and delivered.
• Maintain and update various trackers and stock levels of paper, stationary, and print toners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide direction to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Complete Print Production work with limited supervision and utilize problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Experience managing onsite operations for scanning and digitizing client documentation.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Critical thinking skills to make informed decisions guided by policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize workloads to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and deliver innovative solutions.
