About the position

The role of Regional Delivery and Change Analyst at Diageo focuses on overseeing the delivery of Digital and Technology (D&T) initiatives within the region. This position is integral to ensuring that D&T capabilities are effectively adopted by business teams, generating long-lasting value. The analyst will work closely with the D&T Head of Delivery & Change to prioritize investments, manage interdependencies, and ensure quality delivery across various projects. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement and optimization of delivery processes, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders, and supporting change management efforts to facilitate smooth technology adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional portfolio delivery and ensure governance, compliance, and value realization are followed by D&T.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and lead regular reviews of progress against commitments.
  • Track and analyze portfolio performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve portfolio delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key regional partners to unblock issues and provide direction.
  • Support business units during the transition to new technology solutions and facilitate smooth technology adoption.
  • Define a robust customer map to identify key sponsors and advocates for change.
  • Monitor adoption of solutions and define interventions where needed.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate business readiness based on market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IS or an IS focused business area.
  • Experience in project/program management and technology change management within large matrix organizations.
  • Certifications in Project management, Agile, Change Management strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships.
  • Excellent pan cultural impact and influencing skills.
  • Training or knowledge of supported business domain areas.
