Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of furniture and other products to customers.
- Maintain accurate and neat paperwork related to deliveries.
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions.
- Ensure the safe handling and transportation of products, including lifting and carrying materials up to 100 lbs.
- Work variable hours as needed to meet delivery schedules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic reading, numerical reasoning, and comprehension skills.
- Good organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a variable hour schedule.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and/or carry material up to 100 lbs.
- For Driver positions, DOT certification is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail delivery or warehouse positions.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Great listening ability.
