About the position

Mad Dash LLC is seeking seasonal parcel delivery drivers in Lubbock, TX, to deliver packages for a top national technology company. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, with the potential for seasonal positions to become permanent after January 15th. Drivers will work in a fast-paced environment and are expected to handle physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and on time
• Perform safety checks on company vehicles
• Follow all local and state driving laws and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service even in challenging conditions
• Work in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs., and handle physically demanding tasks
• Use a smartphone for navigation and package scanning
• Support the team with occasional rescue calls when needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass a background check and 4-panel drug screening (excluding marijuana)
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication skills in English
