About the position

The Delivery Cashier position at The House of LaRose involves managing cash and checks received from Delivery Drivers, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing customer service at the retail window. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of the delivery process and supporting the overall operations of the beverage distribution company.

Responsibilities

• Check in Delivery Drivers by counting cash and checks to balance out driver's route.
• Synchronize drivers hand held in preparation for next day's business.
• Process all Anheuser Busch beer invoices by separating, verifying amounts received, coding and entering into accounting system.
• Perform all functions from employee purchases related to the promotional products group including ordering, invoicing and collecting payment.
• File freight claims on damaged product received from common carriers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Three to five years related office experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
