About the position

A&E Pharmacy is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to manage the last delivery of pharmaceutical supplies to various care centers in Minnesota. This role involves both driving and office tasks, including scanning items, creating delivery labels, and preparing medications for delivery. The position is full-time and requires evening shifts from Monday to Friday, starting between 4 PM and 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up and deliver medications in a timely manner as scheduled.
• Scan each prescription and enter addresses into the computer to create labels.
• Load delivery totes and scan packaging slips into the computer's database upon return from deliveries.
• Maintain delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted monthly.
• Perform additional duties such as cleaning office and pharmacy areas and emptying trash bins.
• Provide high-level customer service while interacting with healthcare partners at delivery locations.
• Comply with all security measures and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid Minnesota Driver's License.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess a high level of reliability, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves
