About the position

The Delivery Crew Member at Georgia Spa Company is responsible for delivering and installing hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related products. This role involves working closely with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication regarding technical issues and spa care. The position requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate delivery vehicles and trailers, while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Work/communicate with sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.
• Communicate technical issues and spa care information as needed.
• Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation.
• Record delivery checklist results for all jobs.
• Assist in diagnosing installation spa issues and solutions.
• Drive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer) as necessary.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction to company standards.

Requirements

• Heavy lifting capability.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Forklift trained and capable.
• Ability to deliver and install all hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and accessories.
• DOT Driver medical card and physical (company pays for card if obtained).
• Good customer interaction skills with a clean appearance.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of challenges.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
