We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Director to join our team as a dedicated full-time employee. This position is based onsite in the Redmond, Washington area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large digital projects, particularly in the realms of digital transformation, modernization, data analytics, and ERP (SAP) transformation programs. The Delivery Director will be responsible for overseeing multiple digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards. The role requires a deep understanding of Application Service Management (ASM) and agile development methodologies, as well as experience with ERP systems, data analytics, and cloud migration. The successful candidate will have worked within the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably with system integrators or consulting firms, and will have experience in building and preparing solutions, not just from an architectural perspective but as a true Service Delivery Director. In this role, you will manage and maintain relationships with CIO, CXO, and EVP level stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that we are positioned as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey. You will also be responsible for managing a team that currently consists of 200 members, with plans to grow to 1000, covering regions including the US, Mexico, Singapore, Europe, Malaysia, and India. This position requires strong planning and structuring skills, as well as experience managing significant revenue streams, with a focus on P&L management and risk assessment at the executive level. The Delivery Director will also oversee two direct reports, with the expectation that this number will grow as the team expands. This role is critical for strategic growth and requires a candidate with at least 20 years of experience in selling IT services within Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations. Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies is essential, along with the ability to present and interact at the CXO level and possess consultative sales capabilities. The candidate should have managed multi-million USD accounts across various geographies and have a strong background in account management, particularly in building and maintaining client relationships at the CXO level.
