About the position
Become a Delivery Driver with King Logistics Services LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner that is owned and operated by locals for locals. This position offers a starting compensation of $19 per hour, with potential earnings up to $20.50 per hour, including incentives. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company, responsible for consistently exceeding customer expectations by ensuring all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the correct location. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time driving positions in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you will be tasked with loading and unloading packages into the delivery vehicle and unloading them at designated delivery locations. You will use GPS or maps to navigate the delivery vehicle to the destination, providing excellent customer service to Amazon customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and delivering packages with a positive attitude. Ensuring that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and in good working condition is crucial, as is adhering to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment when necessary. Effective time management is essential to ensure packages are delivered on time, and you will be expected to report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays to the appropriate personnel. Collaboration with other team members is also key to ensuring efficient and effective delivery of packages.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading packages into the delivery vehicle and unloading them at the designated delivery location.

- Managing time effectively to ensure packages are delivered on time.
- Reporting any delivery issues, discrepancies or delays to the appropriate personnel.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of packages.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age with the ability to read and speak English for safety.
- Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (a commercial driver's license (CDL) is not required).
- Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle).
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone.
