About the position

The Delivery Driver / Crew Member at Pollo Campero is responsible for delivering flavorful chicken meals to customers while providing exceptional service. This role involves both delivery and in-store responsibilities, ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. The position offers flexible scheduling options and can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flavorful chicken meals to customers' doors.
• Put food orders together for delivery orders.
• Package online and/or catering orders.
• Ensure food presentation meets satisfaction standards.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Provide quality customer service through positive interactions with customers, both in-person and by phone.
• Assist back-of-house staff as needed when not on deliveries.
• Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food preparation areas.
• Follow and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have your own car, license, valid car registration, and valid car insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
• Must be able to pass E-Verify.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluent in English & Spanish (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles (preferred).
