CDMX Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking dedicated and positive individuals to join our team as Delivery Driver Associates. We are hiring immediately for full-time positions at our Shawnee, KS location. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering Amazon packages in a safe and efficient manner. We provide an air-conditioned company vehicle for your use, and no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required to work as a courier here. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a reliable and punctual attitude. Previous experience is not necessary, as we will provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be safe, reliable, punctual, hard-working, and a team player. You will be expected to work weekends and overtime as needed. Your primary duties will include safely driving and operating your delivery vehicle, using a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information, and loading and unloading packages. You must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you should be prepared to get in and out of the delivery van approximately 200 times during a shift. Compensation for this position starts at $19.75 per hour, with paid training provided. We also offer health insurance and benefits, paid time off, and company-issued uniforms at no cost to you. You will be paid every other week, and the expected hours for this full-time position range from 40 to 50 hours per week, typically on a 10-hour shift schedule.
