About the position

The Driver/Fulfillment Specialist at Burning Acre Co. is responsible for delivering products to various locations and B2B clients, processing and packing orders, and managing inventory with precision. This role is essential for ensuring that high-quality cannabis products reach customers efficiently and accurately, contributing to the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for online customers, B2B clients, and retail restocks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Assist with organizing and tracking inventory, ensuring stock is properly logged and updated.
• Safely transport products between Burning Acre locations and to B2B clients, maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and inventory logs to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Verify all orders and products for quality and accuracy prior to shipment.
• Work with the fulfillment team to ensure streamlined, effective operations.
• Support retail and event teams as needed with setup, breakdown, and additional tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in delivery, fulfillment, or warehousing preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills and commitment to completing deliveries on schedule.
• Ability to represent Burning Acre professionally during client interactions.
• Diligent with order accuracy, inventory tracking, and product inspection.
• Willingness to support cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
