About the position

The Delivery Driver position at FedEx is a part-time role focused on delivering packages efficiently and safely. The job requires dependable individuals who can handle physical tasks and follow delivery protocols. Drivers will work primarily on weekends and are expected to complete their routes in a timely manner, typically finishing by late afternoon.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at FedEx Ground terminal to pick up vehicle and deliver packages.
• Load and unload packages from the truck.
• Deliver packages using a GPS system.
• Scan and log packages during delivery.
• Return the truck to the terminal after completing deliveries.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License (Class E in MO).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Physical (paid by employer).
• Must pass a background check with no felonies, misdemeanors, DUIs, or suspensions.
• Physically able to handle packages up to 150lbs with a dolly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in delivery driving or driving box trucks or straight trucks is a plus.
