About the position
The Delivery Driver position at ZForce Logistics Inc. involves delivering and picking up packages for FedEx Ground. Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up a wide variety of items to and from different addresses and through different routes within a region.
- Conduct inspections of the vehicle prior to departing to deliver/pick up packages.
- Follow delivery and pick up routes and time schedules.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints.
- Complete logs and reports.
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Complete inspections of the vehicle after the route has been completed.
Requirements
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver license.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Have a clean driving record (1 point/ticket, no DUI's, and no suspensions).
- Must be willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Able to lift 150lbs packages (if needed) - average packages are small.
- Delivery driving experience within the last 3 years is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior delivery experience is preferred but not required (non-CDL, Uber and Lyft qualify).
