About the position

The Delivery Driver at Chick-fil-A plays a crucial role in representing the brand while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and safe meal deliveries. This part-time position emphasizes the importance of communication, hospitality, and operational excellence, contributing to a positive dining experience for guests outside the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture.
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns during deliveries.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area, ensuring cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and courteous service.
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) for the current shift.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Deliver curbside orders, mall deliveries, and catering orders as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5 - 25 lbs).
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Be able to use a personal vehicle.
• Pass vehicle inspection.
• Complete training.
