The Delivery Driver at Hy-Vee is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while delivering products to customers. Responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions.
- Delivers products to customers, collects payment, and makes change when necessary.
- Maintains food and groceries at proper temperature in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
- Assists in other areas of the store as needed and performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
- Facilitates the maintenance and upkeep of delivery vehicles.
