About the position
We are seeking Non CDL Delivery Drivers in Lewis Center, OH, who are passionate about making deliveries but are looking for a more manageable workload. This position offers the opportunity to reduce daily delivery volume while ensuring safe and timely transportation of items to customers. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with competitive pay and potential for raises based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Managing an average of 60-122 cases per day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- 6 months of previous cargo/big box truck driving experience required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background, and criminal checks).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30lbs.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with delivery routes in the local area.
Benefits
- $21/hr starting pay.
- $75 per month cell phone reimbursement.
- Eligible for a $.50/hr raise after 1000 hours of working with no 3pt violations.
- Eligible for another $.50/hr ($1/hr total) raise after 2000 hours of working with no 3pt violations.
