About the position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the accurate delivery of products to customers while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role involves checking orders for accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and supporting restaurant operations as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards before delivery.
• Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area.
• Follow proper delivery procedures and provide quality customer service through positive interactions with customers.
• Assist with other workstation duties, including making quality products and preparing ingredients.
• Support team members by being punctual and assisting with closing duties, including cleaning at the end of shifts.
• Enhance the company's image by complying with uniform and appearance standards.
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, and execute cash management duties.
• Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking orders.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works.
• Proof of insurance and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to drive safely and effectively.
