About the position

The Delivery Driver at Chick-fil-A is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional service and hospitality while delivering food to customers. The position requires safe driving practices and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture.
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns during deliveries.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area, ensuring cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and courteous service.
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) for the current shift.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Deliver curbside orders, mall deliveries, and catering orders as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags weighing approximately 5 - 25 lbs.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Be able to use a personal vehicle for deliveries.
• Pass vehicle inspection and complete training.
