Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off automotive parts while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Ensure orders are properly fulfilled and customers are satisfied.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follow directions from dispatchers and use navigation apps for route optimization.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a safe driving record and abide by transportation laws.
• Accept payments and prepare reports related to deliveries.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and report any issues.
• Assist with other store or warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver's license.
• Must be able to meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years old or over).
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to manage and reconcile money transactions.
• Ability to utilize a tablet or mobile device for navigation and customer interface.
• Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take and follow directions and work well with others as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed.
