About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Driver for local deliveries between Montgomery City, MO and St. Louis, MO. This full-time position is ideal for experienced drivers who want to be home daily while contributing to efficient delivery services within the region. The driver will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport goods between Montgomery City and St. Louis.
• Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring secure transportation of goods.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and mileage.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and local/state driving laws.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with Montgomery City and St. Louis areas is a plus.
