About the position

The Delivery Helper position involves assisting the delivery driver in the efficient delivery of appliances to customers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the logistics process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
• Use equipment such as appliance dollies, shoulder straps, power tools, and socket wrenches
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Follow delivery routes provided by the driver
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus
• Experience with route driving or courier services preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
• Must be able to report to work between 5:30am-6:30am
• Must be able to work long hours
