About The Position

The Delivery & Installation Technician I at Johnson Health Tech Retail Inc. is responsible for delivering and installing products in a professional and safe manner, ensuring a positive experience for customers. This role involves loading delivery trucks, assembling products at customer locations, and participating in special events. The technician will also handle shipping and receiving duties under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager or Delivery Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• A valid driver's license is required for local travel
• Position will be subjected to pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks
• Must be able to successfully pass MVR checks to drive on behalf of the company
• Must successfully complete DOT certification to drive on behalf of the company

Responsibilities

• Loading the delivery truck and verifying that the product loaded into the delivery truck is correct
• Deliver and assemble the product into customers' homes/facilities in a safe and appropriate manner
• Deliver and remove product from state fairs, home & garden shows, model homes, and any other special events that arise
• Regular inspection of the company vehicle
