Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex systems and solutions.
• Oversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Possess a strong background in Business & System Analysis with at least 15 years of experience.
• Have experience in Electronics & Home appliances or Agriculture Biotechnology is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Showcase proficiency in system design and architecture.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of BI reporting/Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of Retail/CG Business is a plus.
