The Delivery Lead position is crucial for planning and coordinating the execution of project and small program deliverables, which necessitates the engagement of multiple teams. This role involves communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Additionally, the Delivery Lead is responsible for managing program risk and ensuring compliance with established standards. The expectation is to ensure that delivery meets client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The Delivery Lead will play an integral role in managing project deliverables across multiple strategic initiatives and network-driven efforts simultaneously, spanning various lines of businesses (LOBs). A specific focus for this position includes DNS/DHCP/IP Address Management (DDI) and Network Time Protocol (NTP), driving the technology program from inception to completion while adhering to Enterprise Change Management policies and standards as defined by the Bank. This position will also require the creation and processing of Change Records and engaging with external vendors such as BlackBox/Cisco as necessary to support project deliverables, ensuring comprehensive visibility into the health of these deliverables. The role may involve working directly with a Technology Delivery lead for technology-focused projects or independently for process-driven projects. In both scenarios, the Delivery Lead must identify key resources required for the project and ensure their deliverables are completed within the required timelines. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, especially under pressure.
