About the position

The Delivery Manager (PMO) at National Funding is a pivotal role within the Project Management Office, responsible for overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced FinTech environment. This position involves collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and budget, while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed delivery plans, schedules, and budgets that align with strategic priorities.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Managing internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to PMO stakeholders.
• Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience managing projects of varying complexity (software development, digital transformation, data migration).
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
