In this role, you will be responsible for leading CMDB integration, data quality, and discovery from various data sources, improving CMDB health and collaborating across multiple organizations. You will plan, conduct, and coordinate the delivery of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) Program in conjunction with internal teams, vendor partners, and external organizations. You will manage the complete lifecycle of products and ensure follow-through on identified improvement areas to enhance ITAM, ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, and demonstrate program maturity. Additionally, you will manage project costs, resources, change requests, risks, and issues to ensure maximum business benefit is maintained and provide regular project status updates to leadership. You will maintain policy, control, and tooling linkages with data risk management, privacy, and other stakeholders, and report on data element Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), effective controls, and metrics for reporting current and emerging risks to senior leadership, internal audit, and regulatory examiners. You will assist with the maintenance of a centralized risk and control taxonomy, perform regular evaluations of Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA) effectiveness, and stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
