About the position
The Delivery Program Manager at UST Global is responsible for leading SaaS-based business application implementation projects, specifically focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow. This role involves extensive collaboration with technical delivery teams and client stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring successful project execution, profitability, and adherence to quality standards. The manager will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing program planning, resource allocation, and budget management while addressing inter-workstream dependencies and risks.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted adviser and Business Applications program delivery management SME to clients.
- Manage program leadership, resource planning, and ensure program profitability during implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow solutions.
- Plan and design the program, proactively monitoring its overall progress and resolving issues as they arise.
- Define the program's organization and internal governance framework.
- Manage the program's budget, monitoring costs against benefits realized as the program progresses.
- Ensure projects deliver and meet requirements to the appropriate quality, time, and budget criteria.
- Identify and manage inter-workstream dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Develop project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure feasible and achievable deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience with onsite client management and consulting in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage complex SaaS-based business applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP and ServiceNow.
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow.
- Ability to handle multiple, concurrent projects with geographically dispersed consulting teams.
- Deep expertise in one or more areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP and ServiceNow.
