About the position

The Delivery Sales Enablement Manager at MongoDB plays a crucial role in driving the success of the global sales team by managing and developing training projects. This position focuses on creating and curating content, collaborating with Enablement Advisors, and ensuring effective communication with key partners. The role is integral to achieving annual revenue goals and enhancing the skills of the sales team through innovative enablement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development, live classroom sessions project management, and virtual training creation
• Develop focused enablement projects for the sales team to ensure world-class sales results
• Ensure messaging effectiveness by aligning with GTM leadership
• Monitor data trends, surfacing strong behaviors or areas of opportunity for leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years in an enablement role
• 2+ years working with sales teams
• Experience working for or with a high tech company
• Experience with Value-based Sales Methodologies and/or qualification frameworks; e.g. MEDDIC, Command of the Message (Force Management)
• Exceptional business problem-solving aptitude combined with strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding oral and written presentation communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Data-driven: constant optimization of activities and outputs

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with fast-paced project management
• Experience with instructional design, content creation, and content management
• Working knowledge of Kirkpatrick 4 levels of learning
• Ability to apply Bloom's taxonomy
