About the position
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for the fulfillment, return, refurbishment, and service of rental units, playing a crucial role in customer retention and company revenue growth. This position involves delivering and returning rental merchandise, preparing for deliveries, and assisting in marketing and collection activities. Delivery Specialists are often the final impression the company makes on customers, making their role vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill and return rental units in a timely manner.
- Assist in the refurbishment of products and facility maintenance.
- Participate in sales, marketing, and collections activities as needed.
- Prepare for deliveries by reviewing account information and loading products onto the truck.
- Complete weekly reports on the truck's status.
Requirements
- Ability to work a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Dependable and punctual attendance.
- Professional behavior and adherence to company core values.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted.
- Valid driver's license.
