We are seeking candidates with outstanding leadership experience, strong academic performance, and excellent communication skills to join our Government & Public Services practice. As an Analyst, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings. Setting our people up for success is our highest priority. We are currently recruiting Actuarial Analysts whose skills and interests align with the below description: Actuarial Analyst. This Analyst builds financial & mathematical models that can improve organizational performance and help clients make informed business decisions. This Analyst also advises clients on complex business problems by interpreting large data sets using statistical methods to quantify risk. Majors: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to deliver strategies that help them adapt to unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Build financial and mathematical models to improve organizational performance.
  • Advise clients on complex business problems by interpreting large data sets using statistical methods to quantify risk.
  • Work as part of a client service team to solve multidimensional problems and improve performance.
  • Capitalize on cross-industry presence to find niche and build individual brand within the organization.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date by August 2025 or a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related areas of study.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100 mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date.
